These chops are soft, tasty, and smothered in an excellent sauce! We had cous-cous and a Greek salad on the side, and it was a fantastic dinner...

This was one of the best chop recipes I've found that goes beyond your usually bread and lightly fried method. The reduction sauce doesn't take long to make, and gives the dish a really tangy kick. I thought it was terrific served with couscous and greek salad.
